With the magnificent Giorgio Di Maria, we are hosting Arpepe vigneron, Isabella Perego, for a culinary adventure into Lombardy cuisine and mountain wines.
For more than 150 years, Arpepe has been dedicated to the cultivation of Nebbiolo in the alps of Valtellina in Lombardy. We will be pouring from magnum and jeroboam – current to back vintages.
The wines will be paired with our chef Trent Lymn and special guest Chef Matteo Carboni’s interpretation of Lombardy cuisine. $175 includes the best lunch you will have this August, in some pretty sweet company!
