One of South Australia’s most popular contemporary venues, 2KW Bar and Restaurant, is bringing you an evening of award-winning seafood and stories. Pairing up with Fair Fish SA – Delicious Magazine’s Outstanding Innovation winner in the 2018 Produce Award – 2KW’s head chef Trent Lymn will work with local producers to source fresh, ethical seafood for this feast.
Recognised for its modern take on Mediterranean and Australian cuisine, 2KW has become a champion for producers under the leadership of Lymn, with a strong focus on seasonal, local fare. Fair Fish SA were recognised by the Delicious Produce Awards for their community subscription scheme that allows restaurants and consumers to connect directly with local fisherman to purchase their products. Two of Fair Fish SA’s suppliers were also recognised in the Delicious Produce awards confirming that their supply is not only ethical, but of high quality.
This dinner includes a 5 course degustation with local wines.
