Come join us for a decadent 4-course dinner matched with 8 wines, all carefully paired by our Executive Chef Trent Lymn.
Their Spring Release includes their highly anticipated Polish Hill Riesling, Springvale Riesling, Alea Riesling and Apiana Fiano.
While the Spring Release will be the focus of the event, their 2019 Autumn Releases will also feature including their Piccadilly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Nereus Shiraz and Gaia Cabernet (recently awarded 98 points by James Halliday).
Jeffrey Grosset will run you through each of the wines, exploring his passion for terroir, expression of site, certified organics and of course Riesling.
