Executive chef, Sam Christopher’s goal is simple - to make really tasty food. Championing premium local and native Australian ingredients, Sam’s playful menu brings nostalgia and passion to the restaurant and in the bar. You’ll find him at the helm of the josper wood oven, or out on the floor, carving at the table and pouring sauces.
